OK, here's the scene
It was August 28th of 2000, 8AM, it was sunny and clear
At 73 degrees I was happy, I had my coffee and I was getting ready to pack for my trip
Little did I know that something would happen that day
That would change the way I look at the world
But first I was dreaming about Miles

Anyway, Im back to the tale, and by the way every word that I say is true
Let me tell you who was there it was me and Ken and the Budderball van and the bike we call Chopilator
Now the bike is interesting but Ima hafta tell you 'bout that later
'Cuz first, here's the plan

We're gonna pack the van with bicycle junk and flamable shit to burn
We're gonna go to the desert make bike sculptures and have a fire, it's that simple
But as I said before it was most unusual day so things quickly went astray
There we were in the van on the bridge with our stuff and the van started smoking and grinding real rough
We were stuck
So we called tripple A and they came and pushed us to the van rental place
Where a girl named Sally helped us out
Now here's what the second twist is all about
She was sick and tired of her job and asked us if she could tag along
We said Yes, and did she have anything to contribute to the trip
She opened up her hand and she had four shiny little pills
In the spirit of the day we nodded YES
We took one each and now you can guess the course of the day had shifted
And Ken said what sounded like….

Check this out- we drove to Pyramid Lake where we took a break
At this point I was getting a little dizzy the trees were having a conversation with my head
I looked over and Ken was walking in a tight little circle
I looked at Sally and her head was turning red
Who can drive? A dilema, we were too high to move and too paranoid to stay but we finally got underway

And the next thing that happened was the strangest event of that or any other day

We were waiting on the freeway for some cows to cross when we saw a huge light beaming down
Then the van started floating up with us in it
The next thing you know we were going up into a spaceship
And an alien was looking at us and he was going to poke and prod us and do experiments and shit
Remember that fourth little pill?
Well, Sally spoke and said 'Hey Mr Alien do you wanna try a little something?'
He said 'aslksjh ladkjfh ufhr' which means YES in Martian so he took the little pill
And before you know it he was flopping all around
And he was emitting sparks and he was rubbing against the other aliens
And he came back to us and he stood still and he said in perfect English
'Why I'll take you to the desert if I can just find a good place to park'

And zoom we went down to the desert where we were complimented on our costumes
And we said 'that’s not really a costume'
And they said 'sure sure that’s a nice camper'
And we said 'that’s not a camper that’s a UFO'
And they said 'yeah that’s nice music'
And we said 'yeah right that’s nice music it's rave'
So we had a rave in the UFO

And the final scene looks like this:
It's me its the girl Sally Ken and the alien and about a thousand other people
In the UFO going crazy
And some confused cowboy in the corner but don’t ask
And the alien was all happy because he had gotten laid at Burning Man
He decided Ken was his best friend
He took Ken up to the stars where he installed him as the head of an intergalactic cult called
Burning Man Uber Allies
And me, I married Sally and I stayed in the desert
And every night I go outside I look up and I wonder how many converts does Ken have
The last I saw of the Chopilator
This crazy hallucinating cowboy was riding the Chopilator across the desert
