Well we just played the Fillmore poster room and met the Bass player and drummer for Ozomatli, these guys were very cool and the band was incredible. Every song as tight as can be, on the last song they play through the crowd and I could feel the floor bouncing up and down at an alarming rate. It was truly AWESOME!

Everybody check out Carneyballjohnson.com, these guys are amazing live, it turns out Ralph Carney is on 6 Tom Waits records from the 90's and you all know Allen Whitman as the original bass player for the Mermen-and on every Mermen Album available. The only way for me to describe Ralph Carney is that he resembles Eric Dolphy in his approach to playing a huge list of instuments that he kicks royal ass on all of them. If you live in SF,CA and love wacky different bands-they are a must see.
